Vision Statement and Purpose
a. To promote and enhance opportunities to play the game both indoors and outdoors in the greater York, PA area.
b. To promote a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, social interaction, mental acuity, and the strategic cognition necessary to play the game.
c. To offer levels of instruction through clinics for members and the public at no cost.
d. To foster competition by hosting tournaments i.e., the York County Senior Games, the Keystone Games, the PA Senior Games, and other regional tournaments.
Membership Information
I. Dues/year $75.00/year starting on January 1, after November 1, $75.00 for the remainder of the year and all of the next year.

b. Give cash or check to any officers at the rink (Ken Swalgin-President Andy Tarburton- 1st VP, or Roger Calabretta-Treasurer). If you would like to send a check, send to WRPA 770 Rosewood Ln., York, PA 17403
c. Membership cards can be issued by; Ken Swalgin, Roger Calabretta or Andy Tarburton.
II. Member Risk, in all sporting activity there is inherent risk of injury; by accepting membership, the member accepts this inherent risk when playing at the Roll R Way roller skating rink or at any outdoor event planned by the WRPA
III. Session fee on indoor courts, go totally to the owner of the rink.
a. Member fee/session $7.00, non-member fee $10.00
b. No cost to play on the new 8 outdoors courts for members. The courts are located at 941 Vander Ave. in Veterans Memorial Park.
IV. Indoor facility, includes 7 courts on the Roll R Way rink Address; 940 Vander Ave, York, PA 17403
